Responsibilities

• Grow patient referrals by building relationships with healthcare providers.
• Spend ~4 days per week in the field meeting with providers.
• Research and identify new provider partners.
• Develop long-term relationships with providers and clinic staff.
• Help shape the Provider Partnerships function through process refinement.
