Qualifications
Identifies as having at least 2 years of lived experience in recovery.

Understands the principles of trauma-informed care, recovery, and consumer-involvement.
Certification as Peer Support Specialist or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
Responsibilities
Provides 1:1 peer support to individuals.
Collaborates with individuals to create Person Directed Plans.
Participates in regular peer support supervision.
Documents support services in a program database.
Acts as a positive role model for individuals exploring their path to wellness.
