Job summary

Pavement Preservation Group is seeking a Salesperson to drive revenue in the pavement preservation and asphalt maintenance sector. You will identify prospects, present tailored solutions, and close deals with property managers, HOAs, developers and municipalities.

Travel to client sites and industry events is expected as you collaborate with production, operations and marketing to deliver successful projects and maintain strong client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience in pavement preservation, asphalt maintenance or construction preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pavement preservation techniques, products, and services.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential clients in pavement preservation and asphalt maintenance (municipalities, HOAs, developers, contractors, property managers).
• Develop and implement strategies to generate new business and expand the customer base.
• Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations of products and services.
• Manage client relationships and respond to inquiries with tailored solutions.
• Prepare proposals and quotations; negotiate contracts to close sales.
• Track sales activities, forecasts, and revenue projections; analyze performance and adjust strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout sales and project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and technical teams; represent the company at industry events.
