Job summary

Property Innovation is seeking a Pavement & Asphalt Estimator to visit properties, assess conditions, measure areas, and prepare accurate quotes. You’ll travel to job sites, document findings with photos, and deliver clear estimates for pavement repairs and related services.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, capable of independent work, and comfortable communicating with customers. Training is available for asphalt/pavement specifics.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers on-site when needed.
• Follow up on quotes and assist in closing jobs.
