Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s with relevant experience in patient services and/or access and reimbursement.
• Experience in navigating insurance benefits, prior authorization, and coding/billing considerations.
• Strong communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource on patient access and reimbursement for infused and specialty therapies.
• Assist patients, caregivers, and providers with insurance benefits and prior authorization.
• Support resolution of access challenges, denied claims, and coverage questions.
• Educate on coding and billing considerations related to therapy access.
• Educate physician offices and sites of care on coverage pathways and reimbursement processes.
• Escalate complex issues to internal stakeholders as needed.
