You'll earn a base of $65,000 with expected first-year earnings of $85,000–$90,000 through commissions. The role includes comprehensive product training, CRM use, and growth opportunities within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional sales experience, preferably outside sales or business development.
• Ability to build genuine connections and network across builders, contractors, and architects.
• Comfort with a fast-paced environment and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with builders, contractors, remodelers, and architects in Fort Collins and Northern Colorado.
• Prospect, network, generate leads, and turn conversations into sales.
