Job summary

Pella Windows & Doors is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Manager in the Denver area to lead an in-home, B2C sales team with energy, accountability, and a strategic growth mindset.

You will coach, analyze data, and build a high-performing group while leveraging Salesforce to drive informed business decisions and seasonal performance. Base salary ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 with an on-target earnings (OTE) of $130,000 to $150,000, including commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing sales teams.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable sales strategies.
• Experience with CRM tools and dashboards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of in-home, B2C sales professionals, creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
• Provide coaching, regular performance feedback, and hands-on field support to strengthen skills and goals.
• Own team sales performance including revenue, conversion rates, pipeline management, and productivity.
• Leverage Salesforce to monitor activity, evaluate performance, identify trends, and drive informed decisions.
• Develop proactive strategies to maintain productivity and sustain performance during seasonal fluctuations.
