Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Executive Oncology Sales Representative to support Greenville, SC, and the North and South Atlanta, GA regions. This field-based role reports to a District Manager and focuses on advancing oncology therapies across accounts.

In this role you will lead with clinical knowledge, develop account strategies, and close sales while navigating reimbursement options. A strong track record in pharma sales and a commitment to patient outcomes are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel, including overnights/weekends.
• Minimum of two years of pharmaceutical/biologic/medical device sales experience or recently transitioned from Active Duty Military.
• Residing in the geography or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill sales strategies by selling current and potential oncology therapeutics within approved accounts.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products’ clinical efficacy and provide clinical information to customers to achieve sales objectives.
• Conduct business analysis and prospect for new business within assigned accounts; develop account strategies with the District Manager.
• Develop customer-specific pre- and post-call plans with objectives and supporting materials.
• Penetrate new and current accounts to increase sales in the territory.
• Utilize approved marketing tools and close sales with effective negotiation skills.
• Discuss access and reimbursement options with customers to improve opportunities.
• Negotiate sales and close orders to meet sales objectives.
