Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Executive Oncology Sales Representative to support Birmingham, AL, Jackson, MS, Mobile, AL and New Orleans, LA. You will drive sales of current and potential oncology therapies, articulate product value, and provide clinical support to meet sales objectives.

The role requires a bachelor's degree, a valid driver's license, willingness to travel including overnights and weekends, and at least two years of pharma/biotech or medical device sales experience or a recent

Qualifications

A minimum of a bachelor's degree.
Valid driver's license and the ability to travel, including overnights and weekends.
Minimum of two years of pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales experience or recently transitioned from Active Duty Military.
Residing in the geography or be willing to relocate to it.

Responsibilities

Fulfill sales strategies by selling current and potential new oncology therapeutics within approved specialties and accounts.
Demonstrate a working knowledge of clinical efficacy and articulate a value proposition to the customer.
Develop account strategies with District Manager and plan for penetration.
Create pre- and post-call plans with objectives, probes, and supporting materials.
Penetrate new and current accounts to increase sales in the assigned territory.
Utilize approved marketing tools and negotiate closing steps to move sales forward.
Discuss access and reimbursement options with customers to improve sales opportunities.
Negotiate sales and close orders to meet sales objectives.
