Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Oncology specialty sales experience or major hospital account sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including overnights and weekends.
• Minimum five years of direct pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience or relevant clinical experience.
• Experience in hospital and large account sales with reimbursement dynamics.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to identify key decision makers.
• Willing to reside in or relocate to the geography.
• Proficient with virtual technology for remote customer engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Sell oncology therapeutics to current and potential new accounts.
• Provide clinical information and support to demonstrate product efficacy.
• Develop account strategies with District Manager to penetrate territory.
• Create pre- and post-call plans with objectives and materials.
• Build customer relationships and influence decision-makers with targeted messages.
• Collaborate with Innovative Medicine team to enhance business results.
• Develop knowledge of product and market to support customers.
• Understand reimbursement and Managed Care dynamics within accounts.
• Attend meetings, complete trainings, and maintain compliance and admin tasks.
