Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Executive Oncology Sales Specialist, Hematology to support the Springfield, MA territory. This field-based role reports to a District Manager and drives sales of oncology therapeutics with a focus on patient outcomes.

You will exhibit strong product knowledge, develop customer-specific plans, and cultivate relationships with healthcare professionals while meeting sales targets across the territory. Travel and virtual engagements are part of the routine.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Oncology specialty sales experience or major hospital account sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel, including overnights/weekends.
• Five+ years of direct pharmaceutical/biologic sales experience with proven success.
• Ability to understand reimbursement and managed care dynamics in a competitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill sales strategies by selling current and potential oncology therapeutics.
• Demonstrate clinical knowledge of product efficacy and provide support as needed to achieve quota.
• Develop account strategies within the territory and identify key accounts and stakeholders.
• Create pre- and post-call plans with objectives, probes, and materials.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and deliver marketed messages at the local level.
