Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Executive Oncology Sales Specialist for the Salt Lake City, UT territory. This field-based role reports to a District Manager and requires a strong Oncology sales background and the ability to travel as needed.

You will drive sales of current and potential oncology therapies, build relationships with physicians and hospital accounts, and execute territory plans aligned with company strategy. A Bachelor's degree in Oncology sales or related experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Oncology specialty sales or related hospital account sales experience required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel including overnight/weekends.
• Minimum 3 years direct pharmaceutical/biologic sales with proven results.
• Experience in hospital and large account sales with complex reimbursement knowledge.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with key decision-makers.
• Motivation to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
• Willingness to reside in or relocate to the geography.
• Ability to engage customers via virtual tools and remote presentations.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill sales strategies by selling current and potential oncology therapies.
• Demonstrate clinical efficacy knowledge and provide information to support sales quotas.
• Analyze territory business, identify opportunities, and develop district account plans.
• Create customer-specific pre- and post-call plans with objectives and materials.
• Build customer loyalty and cultivate new relationships with stakeholders.
• Influence decision-makers with targeted messages using approved materials.
• Collaborate with regional teams to share insights and improve business results.
