Job summary

ResiHome, part of RESICAP, seeks an On-Site Property Manager to lead on‑site leasing and property operations. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process, ensuring residents receive exceptional service from day one.

The role requires an active real estate license for the state of residence, 3–5 years in leasing/property management, and a bachelor’s or associate degree in business or real estate.

Qualifications

• Active State Real Estate License or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of leasing/property management experience in multi‑family or single‑family housing.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead on‑site, greeting prospects and presenting home features and community benefits.
• Conduct home tours and guide prospects through leasing and application process to secure residents.
• Maintain property and spaces to meet brand standards; perform weekly inspections and sparkle cleans.
