Job summary

ResiHome, part of RESICAP's Property Management division, is seeking a Field Based Leasing Consultant. You will be the first contact for prospective and current residents, conduct home tours, present features, and guide applicants through the leasing and application process.

The role requires an active State Real Estate license, 3–5 years of leasing or property management experience, and strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active State Real Estate License required for state of residence.
• 3–5 years of leasing/property management experience, preferably in multi‑family or single‑family housing.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred.
• Strong customer service and lead conversion skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM systems.
• Energetic, adaptable, and professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities with a detail‑oriented mindset.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required for property visits.
• Understanding of landlord/tenant laws, lease agreements, and fair housing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site lead, greeting prospects and presenting home features and community benefits.
• Conduct home tours, interviews, and guide prospects through leasing and applications.
• Ensure homes and spaces meet brand standards and are well maintained.
• Provide exceptional customer service during move‑ins/outs and issue resolution.
• Manage past‑due balances and address maintenance concerns on-site.
• Support occupancy goals by renewing leases and optimizing property performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams on HOA/code enforcement communications.
• Track prospects using CRM and complete marketing tasks.
