Job summary

ResiHome in Nashville is seeking an On-Site Property Manager to be the first contact for residents, oversee property and team management, and ensure exceptional service from day one. This field-based role requires on-site presence and strong customer-facing skills.

You will conduct tours, lead leasing efforts, maintain properties, manage renewals, and ensure compliance with housing laws. A real estate license and 3–5 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active State Real Estate License for State of Residence.
• 3–5 years of leasing/property management experience in multi-family or single-family housing.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• Strong customer service and lead conversion skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM systems.
• Energetic, adaptable, and professional demeanor with strong communication.
• Organized with multitasking ability and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for property visits.
• Knowledge of landlord/tenant laws and Fair Housing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site representative greeting prospects and presenting home features.
• Conduct tours, interviews, and guide prospects through leasing and applications.
• Maintain homes and community spaces to brand standards.
• Provide exceptional resident move-ins/outs and issue resolution.
• Manage past-due balances and address maintenance concerns.
• Improve occupancy and renewals to optimize property performance.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and state laws.
• Coordinate with HOA/code enforcement and internal teams.
• Maintain records with CRM and property management tools.
• Monitor market conditions to inform leasing strategy.
• Perform move-out inspections and turn work scope.
