Job summary

Compass Pathways is seeking a Neuroscience Therapeutic Sales Specialist to drive adoption of a novel mental health therapy across certified treatment centers in a San Antonio, TX-based territory, with travel up to 70%. This field-based role reports to the Regional Sales Director and emphasizes clinical education and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

5–8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience.
Strong clinical acumen with ability to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly.
Experience launching novel therapies or operating in pre-launch environments.

Responsibilities

Execute territory-level commercial strategy to support launch and uptake of the novel mental health therapy.
Develop strategic relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, behavioral health systems, and other stakeholders.
Deliver scientifically accurate, compliant, and compelling product and disease-state education to healthcare providers.
Identify eligible patients and assist providers with patient selection and referral pathways.
Coordinate with certified treatment sites to support onboarding and optimize treatment delivery workflows.
Collaborate across Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Support, and Commercial Operations for aligned execution.
Support patient access by understanding reimbursement pathways and payer processes.
Gather field insights to inform brand strategy and patient journey optimization.
