Compass Pathways seeks a Neuroscience Therapeutic Sales Specialist to drive adoption of our innovative mental health therapy across certified treatment centers in a field-based role. You will build trusted relationships with psychiatrists and care systems, navigating reimbursement, site-of-care logistics, and patient access to support a successful launch.

The role reports to the Regional Sales Director and requires 5–8+ years in pharma/biotech sales, with strong clinical acumen and the ability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree preferred).
• 5–8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience, preferably in specialty or complex therapeutic areas.
• Experience in psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health markets is preferred.
• Experience with medical and pharmacy benefit reimbursement processes.
• Understanding of buy-and-bill and site-of-care dynamics.
• Experience with prior authorization and payer processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory-level commercial strategy to support launch and uptake of the company’s therapy.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, and health systems.
• Deliver scientifically accurate, compliant product and disease-state education to providers.
• Identify appropriate patients and support providers with referral pathways.
• Collaborate with treatment sites to support onboarding and treatment workflows.
• Navigate site-of-care dynamics and patient flow in the treatment model.
• Coordinate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial Ops for aligned execution.
• Support patient access by understanding reimbursement pathways and resources.
• Gather field insights to inform brand strategy and launch plans.
• Manage territory business planning, call planning, and performance tracking.
