Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking a field-based Sales Representative for the Birmingham, AL area to achieve territory sales goals and foster physician and hospital stakeholder relationships. You will work with surgeons to deliver SPR PNS products, manage case discussions, and support education and reimbursement efforts.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in medical device sales or relevant life sciences experience, with strong communication and strategic planning skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences (or with an Associates/Bachelor's degree, 4+/2+ years respectively).
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales objectives and develop territory plans.
• Strong relationship-building with physicians and hospital stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain account and territory plan to achieve sales objectives.
• Foster relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders.
• Coordinate training of surgeons and hospital staff.
• Attend trade shows and present SPR material to clinical teams.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and deliver periodic business reviews.
