Job summary

Medtronic plc in Birmingham, Alabama, seeks a field-based Sales Representative for the SPR PNS system to meet and exceed sales objectives across the assigned territory. You will build strong relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders, driving adoption of neuromodulation therapies and coordinating with surgeons on presentations and case studies.

The role requires deep knowledge of medical devices, a track record in sales or clinical roles, and ability to navigate product approvals

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 6+ years in medical device, Medtech, healthcare or life sciences; or an Associate's with 4+ years; or a Bachelor's with 2+ years.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain account and territory plan to meet territory sales objectives.
• Establish relationships with physicians and hospital stakeholders to foster a customer-centric culture.
• Maintain product knowledge and navigate approvals to support territory development and results.
• Contribute ideas to the team and share best practices.
• Utilize CRM to track contacts, activity and follow up; generate timely activity reports.
• Attend trade shows and company sales meetings; support SPR presentations and events.
• Assist surgeons in case identification for studies, white papers, and video library additions.
• Stay compliant with RepTrax and third-party accreditation requirements.

Education

High School Diploma + 6+ years of experience in medical device/healthcare/life sciences

Associates Degree + 4+ years of experience in medical device/healthcare/life sciences

Bachelor's Degree + 2+ years of experience in medical device/healthcare/life sciences
