Air Evac Lifeteam is seeking a locally rooted Membership Sales Manager to generate leads and sales for the AirMedCare Network membership across Wabash and surrounding regions. This field-focused role emphasizes face-to-face relationships with businesses and residents to build a strong local pipeline.

You will travel extensively (90% in the field) and use a consultative approach to connect AMCN services with family, employee, and business needs in a rural setting.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver license, and clean driving record.
• Travel: Frequent regional travel is essential.
• Sales experience: 3 years of B2C or B2B field sales, including cold calling and prospecting.
• Industry knowledge: Healthcare, insurance, or emergency medical transport services preferred.

Responsabilités

• Drive Local Impact: spend ~90% of time in the field across the Wabash market engaging local businesses and consumers.
• Develop Relationships: create new leads via door-to-door outreach, cold calling, referrals, local events, and community networking.
• Sales Process Management: manage full sales cycle from outreach to close with a consultative approach.
• Champion with Purpose: represent AMCN as a trusted local partner at community events and with civic groups.
