Job summary

Air Evac Lifeteam is seeking a locally rooted Membership Sales Manager to drive the sales pipeline for our Odessa territory. You will build relationships with local businesses and residents, educate them on the value of Air Evac Lifeteam memberships, and manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close.

The role emphasizes field-based engagement across rural and regional communities, with a strong focus on face-to-face interactions and community presence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent), valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
• Comfort with frequent regional travel is essential.
• 3 years of B2C or B2B field sales experience preferred, including cold calling.

Responsibilities

• Drive Local Impact: spend ~90% of time in the field across Odessa and surrounding counties; engage local businesses (70% B2B) and individuals (30% B2C).
• Develop Relationships: identify and cultivate new leads via door-to-door outreach, referrals, local events, and community networking.
• Sales Process Management: manage full sales cycle from outreach to close with a consultative approach.
• Champion with Purpose: build long-term relationships with civic groups, employers, and healthcare-related organizations to raise brand credibility.
