Job summary

Stryker in Buffalo, NY is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to support territory growth in medical device sales. You will partner with experienced Sales Representatives to engage customers, assist with clinical procedures, and learn the ins and outs of account management.

This field-based role offers exposure to sales, clinical environments, and comprehensive product training, with a pathway to develop a long-term sales career.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory.
• Preferred: 1 year of outside sales or related experience.
• Exposure to medical device, healthcare, clinical, life sciences, or B2B sales.

Responsibilities

• Support territory growth by assisting with sales activities, account management, and customer engagement across assigned territory.
• Prepare for and support product evaluations, clinical procedures, and customer interactions across operating room, office-based, and procedural care settings.
• Provide product support and education to surgeons, nurses, clinicians, and healthcare staff to help ensure appropriate product use and a positive customer experience.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, and case preparation activities within the territory.
• Track sales and territory activities, maintain account information, and support reporting requirements.
• Partner with the Sales Representative(s) to identify business opportunities and support account development initiatives.
• Participate in product training and apply technical and clinical knowledge to support customer education and engagement.
