Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to expand sales across ENT products in a defined U.S. territory. The role includes converting accounts according to policy, supporting all sales activities, and preparing for territory ownership as an ENT Account Manager.

Qualified candidates will hold a bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field, have 1+ years of sales experience, and be willing to relocate and travel. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate bachelor’s degree required; technical or scientific background preferred.
• One+ years of relevant sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work in operating room, private practice, and ASC environments required.
• Travel and relocation with uncertain final territory responsibility.
• Experience selling technical and disposable products is preferred.
• Must be able to establish flexible work hours to accomplish objectives.

Responsibilities

• Expand sales of Integra products within the assigned territory.
• Convert accounts in line with company policy and sales direction.
• Provide support to the territory for all sales-related activities; transition to ENT Account Manager per geography.
• Travel is required; relocation may be needed to assume territory responsibilities.
