Job summary

Integra LifeSciences seeks an Account Manager to lead direct sales in the territory for Acclarent ENT products. You will guide surgeons in clinics, ASCs, and hospitals, build relationships, and drive adoption while meeting quarterly quotas.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in outside medical device sales or clinical support, and willingness to travel extensively. Strong communication and CRM discipline are essential to success in a commission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years outside sales or clinical support experience required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to travel as needed, including overnight/weekend travel.
• 2+ years in medical device sales and OR surgeon experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute direct sales strategy and plans within the assigned territory.
• Proctor Acclarent-trained physicians during procedures and advise on training certification.
• Grow market share by increasing product utilization with current customers.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system for contacts and facilities.
• Adhere to Quality Policy and Quality System requirements.
• Complete weekly/quarterly planning tools and reconcile emergency stock monthly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
