Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to expand sales of ENT products and support a growing territory. You will convert accounts, train physicians, and ensure compliance with company policy throughout the selling cycle.

The role requires travel, relocation, and a valid driver's license, with potential for territory ownership within a negotiated geography and future ENT consultant duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; technical or scientific field preferred.
• 1+ years of relevant sales or professional experience preferred.
• Ability to work in operating room, private practice, and ASC environments.
• Must have valid driver's license and be willing to travel/relocate.

Responsibilities

• Expand sales of Integra ENT products within assigned territory.
• Convert accounts in line with company policy and sales direction.
• Provide support for all sales-related activities in the territory.
• Train and demonstrate product use to ENT physicians in OR/private practice/ASC.
• Communicate business issues or opportunities to management.
