Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is seeking an Account Manager to drive direct sales of Acclarent ENT products in the assigned territory. You will train physicians during procedures, gather data, and provide feedback to Marketing while growing market share in clinics, ASCs, and hospitals.

The role requires a high-capacity, solutions-oriented salesperson with a track record in medical device sales, strong communication, and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years outside sales OR clinical support experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to travel including overnight/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute the company's direct sales strategy within assigned territory to meet revenue objectives.
• Proctor Acclarent-trained physicians during procedures, provide guidance and gather data.
• Maintain records in the Acclarent CRM system and ensure quality system compliance.
• Complete weekly/quarterly planning tools and reconcile emergency stock monthly.
• Collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional teams to grow market share.
