• Conduct consistent in-person visits and maintain field presence in territory.
• Prioritize high-value agencies and execute structured territory plans.
• Drive referral activity through trust-based engagement and follow-up.
• Represent the company at conferences, trainings, and community events.
• Track contacts and engagement within HubSpot; maintain accurate databases.
• Support field supervisors with outreach efforts; monitor competitor activity.
• Provide regular field reports and ensure accountability for activity goals.
