Job summary

Aftermath is seeking an Outreach Specialist in Denver to build trusted relationships within law enforcement agencies and referral networks, ensuring Aftermath Services is the first call after traumatic incidents. This is a relationship-driven, field-based role focused on visibility, trust, and long-term referrals.

You will conduct in-person visits across the territory, manage contacts in HubSpot, and support field supervisors while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience building relationships with law enforcement and community partners.
• Ability to conduct consistent in-person visits and manage a territory.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Chiefs, Command Staff, Detectives, Victim Advocates, Chaplains, and Coroners/Medical Examiners.
• Conduct consistent in-person visits and maintain a strong field presence across assigned territory.
• Identify and prioritize high-value agencies and execute structured territory plans.
• Drive referral activity through trust-based engagement and consistent follow-up.
• Represent the company at conferences, tradeshows, training sessions, and community events.
• Track and manage all contacts, outreach, and engagement within CRM (HubSpot).
• Build, maintain, and continuously verify an accurate database of agencies and key personnel.
• Provide guidance and support to Field Supervisors assisting with outreach efforts.
• Monitor competitor activity and contribute to offensive and defensive market strategies.
• Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and accountability to activity and performance goals.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory, including occasional overnight commitments.
