Job summary

Aftermath Services is seeking a field-based relationship manager to build trusted ties with law enforcement, victim advocates, and community partners. This role emphasizes visibility, referral generation, and long-term collaboration rather than traditional sales.

You will conduct in-person visits across an assigned territory, travel 3-4 days per week, and manage activity in HubSpot. A strong network and disciplined follow-up are essential to grow referrals, market presence, and brand reputation.

Qualifications

• Experience building trusted relationships with law enforcement and community partners.
• Proven ability to conduct in-person field visits within a defined territory.
• Strong organizational skills and CRM usage for follow-up and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Chiefs, Command Staff, Detectives, Victim Advocates, Chaplains, and Coroners/Medical Examiners.
• Conduct consistent in-person visits and maintain a strong field presence across assigned territory.
• Identify and prioritize high-value agencies and execute structured territory plans.
• Drive referral activity through trust-based engagement and consistent follow-up.
• Represent the company at conferences, tradeshows, training sessions, and community events.
• Track and manage all contacts, outreach, and engagement within CRM (HubSpot).
• Build, maintain, and continuously verify an accurate database of agencies and key personnel.
• Provide guidance and support to Field Supervisors assisting with outreach efforts.
• Monitor competitor activity and contribute to offensive and defensive market strategies.
• Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and accountability to activity and performance goals.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory, including occasional overnight commitments.
