Job summary

Aftermath is seeking an Outreach Specialist in Sacramento, CA to build trusted relationships with law enforcement and referral networks. This field-based role focuses on trust, visibility, and long-term referrals, with travel within the territory and to conferences and events.

The position reports to driving referral activity, expanding market share, and maintaining brand reputation through proactive outreach and CRM management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Chiefs, Command Staff, Detectives, Victim Advocates, Chaplains, and Coroners/Medical Examiners.
• Conduct consistent in-person visits and maintain a strong field presence across assigned territory.
• Identify and prioritize high-value agencies and execute structured territory plans.
• Drive referral activity through trust-based engagement and consistent follow-up.
• Represent the company at conferences, tradeshows, training sessions, and community events.
• Track and manage all contacts, outreach, and engagement within CRM (HubSpot).
• Build, maintain, and continuously verify an accurate database of agencies and key personnel.
• Provide guidance and support to Field Supervisors assisting with outreach efforts.
• Monitor competitor activity and contribute to offensive and defensive market strategies.
• Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and accountability to activity and performance goals.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory, including occasional overnight commitments.
