Labcorp seeks a field-based Key Account (Outside Sales) Executive to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. You will educate, upsell, and manage accounts within an assigned territory, coordinating with Labcorp operations to meet client needs.

The role emphasizes building trust-based relationships, delivering education to clients, and driving retention and upsell growth in a fast-paced healthcare market.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for preferred qualifications.
• 2 years of outside sales or account management experience.
• Experience in the healthcare industry.
• Proven success managing a book of business.
• Superior customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to travel overnight as needed.

Responsibilities

• Educate, instruct and upsell all assigned and newly generated accounts in an assigned territory.
• Act as a liaison between the client and Labcorp operations team.
• Provide ongoing service and problem resolution to customer base.
• Ensure customer retention by delivering superior service.
• Recommend client-focused solutions.
• Provide day-to-day account management for clients.
• Collaborate with senior sales reps to grow book of business.
• Continuously provide educational material to clients.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Meet and exceed monthly retention and upsell goals.
