Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a field based Key Account Executive to join our Florence, SC team. The role focuses on educating accounts, upselling services, and serving as the liaison between clients and Labcorp operations to ensure outstanding service and retention.

The position requires strong outside sales experience, excellent communication, and the ability to travel within the territory. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of outside sales or account management experience.

Responsibilities

• Educate and upsell assigned accounts in an assigned territory.
• Act as a liaison between the client and Labcorp operations team.
• Provide ongoing service and problem resolution to customer base.
• Ensure customer retention by delivering superior customer service.
• Recommend client-focused solutions and upsell opportunities.
• Manage day-to-day client operations and accounts.
• Upsell current book of business to increase organic growth.
• Collaborate with senior sales reps to grow the book of business.
• Continuously provide educational material to the client base.
• Resolve customer issues promptly.
• Meet and exceed monthly retention and upsell goals.
