Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a field-based Key Account Executive to cover Waldorf, MD. Responsibilities include educating and upselling accounts, acting as liaison to operations, and ensuring top-tier client service.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in outside sales or account management, a High School Diploma, and be able to travel as needed. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and experience in healthcare is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Educate, instruct and upsell accounts in the assigned territory.
• Act as liaison between client and Labcorp operations for client needs.
• Provide ongoing service and problem resolution to customers.
• Ensure customer retention with superior service.
• Recommend client-focused solutions.
• Manage day-to-day operations for clients' accounts.
• Upsell to grow the book of business.
• Collaborate with senior sales representatives to expand the book.
