Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a field based Key Account (Sales) Executive to join our team in Florence, SC. The role focuses on educating and upselling accounts, serving as the liaison between clients and Labcorp operations, and driving retention and growth within a defined territory.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of outside sales or account management, a high school diploma or equivalent, and preferably a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 or more years of previous outside sales experience or account management.

Responsibilities

• Educate, instruct and upsell all assigned and newly generated accounts in an assigned territory.
• Act as a liaison between the client and the Labcorp operations team in relation to client needs.
• Provide ongoing service and problem resolution to customer base.
• Ensure customer retention by providing superior customer service.
• Upsell current book of business to increase organic growth.
• Work closely with senior sales representatives to grow book of business.
• Continuously provide educational material to the client base.
• Meet and exceed monthly retention and upsell goals on a regular basis.
