Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent recommended.
• 3+ years outside sales or account management experience.
• Proven success managing a book of business.
• Superior customer service skills and relationship building.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to travel overnight as needed.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Educate, instruct and upsell assigned accounts in territory.
• Act as liaison between client and Labcorp operations for client needs.
• Provide ongoing service and problem resolution.
• Aim to retain customers and achieve monthly upsell goals.
• Collaborate with senior sales reps to grow book of business.
• Provide educational material to clients and resolve issues promptly.
• Travel as required to cover Riverside area.
