Treeline, Inc. is seeking a field-based Sales Leader to rebuild a newly acquired branch and drive growth across industrial and manufacturing accounts from Baltimore, MD to Mountville, PA.

You will sell equipment and turnkey automation projects, leverage in-house engineering, and expand service revenue through long-term, recurring relationships. A first-year base guarantee of $100k–$140k plus car package is offered, with second-year total compensation targeting $150k–$200k.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales or related ops in industrial equipment or automation.
• Ability to manage a wide range of deal sizes and multi-stakeholder projects.
• Self-starter with strong relationship-building and field-based schedule flexibility.
