Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a field-based HVAC/Controls technician to start, commission, diagnose, and repair environmental-control systems at customer locations. You will communicate with customers, forecast issues, and coordinate on-site installation and repairs while staying current on DDC controls and safety standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in HVAC/Controls, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HVAC/Controls.
• operate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Strong troubleshooting and field service skills.

Responsibilities

• Start and commission new systems; diagnose and repair environmental-control systems.
• Serve as direct customer contact; service equipment at customer sites.
• Coordinate with team leader and customer on on-site installation and repairs.
• Stay current on Trane products and direct digital control systems.
• Enforce safety standards and manage company assets.
