Responsibilities

• Engage clients and build rapport using trauma-informed approaches.
• Provide housing stabilization, money management, and employment linkage.
• Develop and update biopsychosocial assessments and goal plans.
• Coordinate with partners for eviction prevention and fair housing resources.
• Attend trainings and participate in team and community meetings.
• Maintain accurate client files in agency records and databases.
