Job summary

LA Family Housing in Los Angeles is seeking a Housing Stabilizer to support households transitioning out of homelessness. Qualifications

• At least one (1) year of work history with relevant transferrable skills.
• Ability to work a 9/80 work schedule.
• Obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid Certification.

Responsibilities

• Engage with households transitioning out of homelessness.
• Provide intensive case management services.

Skills

Knowledgeable of issues faced by program participants

Familiarity with best practices in homeless services

Ability to engage with persons experiencing homelessness

Strong advocacy and conflict resolution skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish/English
