LA Family Housing is seeking a Housing Stabilizer to deliver intensive case management for households transitioning from homelessness. You will assess needs, plan services, and coordinate housing, health care, and income resources in collaboration with partners.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and client advocacy, with field-based duties across LA County and a focus on stability and independence for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of work history in related field.
• Experience with homeless services or housing programs is preferred.
• Spanish/English bilingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive case management and stabilization services.
• Develop individualized goal plans with clients and update quarterly.
• Coordinate with community partners to connect housing, health, and income resources.
• Maintain accurate client files and documentation in agency systems.
• Travel within LA County to support clients as needed.
