VitalCaring is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, patient- and family-centered end-of-life care in field settings. You will lead plans of care, manage symptoms, and ensure comfort aligned with patient goals, while serving as a clinical leader and advocate for families.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (or compact eligibility) required.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Strong clinical judgment and compassionate care.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently.
• Excellent communication in sensitive situations.
• Basic EMR proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospice care as clinical leader and advocate.
• Develop and manage individualized, comfort-focused care plans.
• Deliver skilled nursing care with pain and symptom management.
• Coordinate care across the interdisciplinary team.
• Educate and support patients and families.
• Build trusting relationships in deeply personal moments.
• Maintain documentation and participate in care planning.
• Support quality and compliance standards.
