VitalCaring is seeking a dedicated Hospice RN to deliver compassionate, patient-centered end-of-life care in field settings. You will lead care plans, manage symptoms, and advocate for patients and families with clinical excellence at the forefront.

You will collaborate with physicians, social workers, chaplains, and aides to ensure comfort and dignity. The role emphasizes autonomy within a supportive, interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (or compact eligibility).
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and compassionate care approach.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently.
• Excellent communication skills in sensitive situations.
• Basic EMR proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
