Qualifications

• Hospice and/or Home Health sales experience required.
• Minimum 3 years in healthcare sales, marketing, business development or referral development preferred.
• Established local contacts/referral sources preferred.
• Local market knowledge and proven performance are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop, expand, and maintain referral-source relationships across the assigned market.
• Represent hospice services professionally with referral partners, patients, families, and community partners.
• Identify new referral opportunities and strengthen existing accounts through outside sales.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to support appropriate referrals and transitions.
