Job summary

Family First Healthcare Services is seeking an experienced Home Health Marketer / Healthcare Sales Representative to drive referral growth across the Tampa Bay area. This field-based role focuses on building relationships with physicians, hospitals, and case managers to increase admissions and expand market reach.

You will conduct daily visits, promote home health services, and develop targeted marketing strategies in collaboration with leadership to boost referrals and pipeline health.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, home health, or hospice.
• Proven track record of generating referrals and driving admissions.
• Strong relationships within the local healthcare market preferred.
• Knowledge of physician practices, hospital discharge planning, and case management.

Responsibilities

• Establish new referral sources and maintain existing accounts in the territory.
• Conduct daily field visits, calls, and follow-ups with referral partners.
• Promote home health services and educate referral sources on agency capabilities.
• Track referrals and report weekly activity and results.
