Job summary

Pinnacle Home Care in Florida seeks a Home Health Sales Representative to grow referrals and build relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community partners. The role covers Tampa, Brandon, and surrounding Hillsborough County areas, with a base salary of $80,000–$110,000 plus a performance-based bonus geared to achieving up to $175,000 total annual compensation.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of medical sales experience, excellent communication, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of medical sales experience.
• Ability to travel within and outside of territory.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze potential prospects within a market territory by reviewing data.
• Develop relationships with prospective sources, physicians, hospitals, SNFs, and ALFs to enhance sales growth.
• Maintain an accurate account list for all prospective referral sources and physician profiles.
• Understand and promote services within the territory.
• Attend community meetings and events to educate on agency services.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure timely admissions and referrals.
