Job summary

Resource Professional Solutions seeks an experienced High Voltage Competency Assessor & Trainer to support projects nationwide. This field-based role requires evaluating worker competency, delivering practical training, and ensuring safe high-voltage work across active projects.

You will travel to sites, work with electricians and supervision, and coach teams in real-world construction environments with a strong emphasis on safety and NFPA 70E standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on high-voltage electrical work experience.
• Strong communication and coaching skills for field teams.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the U.S. and work Monday–Friday between sessions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct competency assessments for personnel performing high-voltage electrical work.
• Deliver hands-on electrical safety and technical training.
• Evaluate workers' knowledge, skills and safe work practices.
• Identify competency gaps and provide practical coaching.
• Support training related to high-voltage systems, NFPA 70E, LOTO, and electrical hazards.
• Maintain assessment, qualification and training documentation.
