Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer account strategies in Iowa.
• Partner with Account Managers and Field Service to ensure service meets requirements.
• Advocate for the customer to meet safety, sustainability, efficiency and compliance metrics.
• On-site visits to educate clinical staff on our products and services.
• Conduct routine audits related to contract KPIs.
• Lead consultative reviews after analyzing client metrics and goals.
• Hold ongoing customer meetings to share best practices and outcomes.
