Job summary

Unitek Learning is seeking a Partnership Development Specialist to build trusted relationships with hospitals and clinical providers, creating opportunities for nursing students to gain clinical placements. The role focuses on field-based outreach, identifying opportunities, and negotiating partnerships that align student education with partner needs.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales or business development, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in sales or business development or related relationship-based roles.
• Strong consultative sales, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable transportation and a safe driving record.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build excellent, trusted relationships with clinical education departments and healthcare leaders through regular visits and follow-up.
• Identify and pursue new clinical partnership opportunities within an assigned territory and expand existing partnerships.
• Present partnership opportunities, address questions, negotiate agreements, and secure clinical placements.
• Represent Unitek at healthcare events, conferences, and community networking opportunities.
• Support documentation, onboarding, compliance, and CRM tracking to meet program requirements.
