Job summary

Unitek Learning is seeking a Partnership Development Specialist based in the Bay Area. You will build trusted relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, and academic leaders to create meaningful clinical learning opportunities for nursing students.

You will travel regularly to meet prospective partners, assess needs, and negotiate affiliations that support program growth and compliant educational experiences for students and institutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales or business development roles.
• Experience with CRM systems and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel locally across the Bay Area.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clinical education leaders and healthcare decision-makers.
• Identify and pursue new clinical partnership opportunities within the territory.
• Present proposals, negotiate agreements, and finalize signed affiliations.
• Coordinate site visits and confirm academic, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
• Represent Unitek at events and advisory boards to strengthen industry presence.
• Track activities in the CRM and manage follow-ups.
