Job summary

Unitek College Of Nursing is seeking a Clinical Partnership Development Specialist to secure BVNPT/BRN documents and affiliations for VN/BSN programs. You will visit sites to verify readiness, manage EDP collection for BRN self-study, and expand partnerships to support program growth.

The role requires substantial fieldwork (50%+), strong communication, and stakeholder engagement with nursing leadership. Travel and relationship-building are core to expanding clinical learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office, databases, and spreadsheets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel within the geographical area to visit healthcare facilities.
• Minimum of 2 years in Sales, Recruiting, Client Relations, or Clinical Development; outside sales preferred.
• Healthcare industry knowledge preferred.
• Independent, organized, and capable of managing key clients.

Responsibilities

• Secure all clinical documentation and affiliation agreements required by BVNPT and BRN for VN and BSN board submissions.
• Conduct in-person site visits to establish partnerships and verify readiness for nursing leadership verifications.
• Coordinate site verification visits with the Dean or Program Director.
• For BSN programs, collect EDP forms after Feasibility Study submission for self-study phase.
• Identify and engage healthcare organizations offering quality clinical education opportunities.
• Evaluate placements to support program outcomes and potential rotation-to-hire opportunities.
• Develop and expand fully executed agreements to meet campus growth targets.
• Field-work exceeding 50% to establish and maintain partner relationships.
• Ensure clinical partners support multidisciplinary training aligned with standards; manage onboarding and documentation.
• Track site data and agreement status using CRM tools for reporting.
• Support employer engagement through events, boards, and campaigns.
• After program establishment, transition to site maintenance and growth-oriented projects.
